We all talk about “self-care” — but what does it really mean when you don’t feel worthy of care in the first place?

This interactive, half-day workshop explores the connection between self-worth, self-love, and self-care in a way that’s relatable, empowering and deeply personal. Designed for individuals and groups who need a reminder that they matter — this space offers both reflection and reconnection.

 

This session blends therapeutic reflection, gentle group connection, and expressive activities to help participants understand how their self-talk, beliefs, and behaviours shape the way they care for themselves (or don’t).

 

Whether you’re working with young people, carers, women’s groups, mental health teams, or individuals navigating burnout, trauma or low confidence — this workshop provides a nurturing and powerful pause point.

 

Duration: 3.5 hours
Group Size: Up to 15 (larger by request)
