Life can feel like a never-ending to-do list. And when you're constantly juggling roles, expectations and responsibilities, it’s easy to lose sight of the one person at the centre of it all: you.

 

This gentle but powerful workshop is designed for carers, professionals, parents, students and anyone struggling to find space between work, life, and… well, themselves.

 

Together, we’ll explore what balance means (and doesn’t), how burnout sneaks up on us, and what it actually looks like to live in a way that honours your needs, not just your obligations.

 

This workshop can lso be taiored for different age groups and workplaces.
