Preperation for Life as an Adult Workshop

A confidence-building workshop designed to give young people the practical skills and emotional tools they need to take on the world — one step at a time.

Prepearation for Life as an Adult Workshop

Adulthood doesn’t arrive with a manual, but it can start with support.

This 5-week programme helps young people develop the life skills they need to live more independently, whether they’re preparing to leave care, moving out on their own, or simply wanting to understand how to manage real life.

Each session builds on the last — from budgeting and meal planning, to personal care, communication, and everyday responsibilities, all delivered in a way that’s engaging, down-to-earth, and emotionally safe.
